By using the Sefie application ("App"), you agree to the following terms.
Sefie provides AI-based photo analysis based on visual balance and composition. The App analyzes visual elements of photos and does not evaluate individuals. Results are generated automatically and do not represent objective judgments of personal worth, attractiveness, or identity.
To provide its core functionality, the App securely transmits selected photos to our server for processing. Photos may be processed using secure processing services necessary for the functionality of the App. Photos are not stored on our servers after processing.
Photos are processed only after the user selects them within the App.
The App does not perform biometric identification, facial recognition, or attempt to identify individuals.
The App does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. Users should not rely on analysis results for self-esteem, mental health, or life decisions.
Users are responsible for the content they upload. You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
Analysis results may vary depending on lighting, image quality, user input, or algorithm updates. We do not guarantee consistent or accurate results.
Sefie offers digital consumables (tickets) and subscription-based services. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store payment information. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective platform.
Monthly Premium provides additional access to analysis features during the active subscription period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their App Store or Google Play account settings.
The App may display third-party advertisements. These services may use limited data for ad delivery but are not used for cross-app or cross-site tracking by us.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
